Our Facilities
Our clients are most familiar with our clean and comfortable reception area and examination rooms. The rest of the
facility is what really makes it an outstanding destination for pet health services. Computerized scheduling,
invoicing and reminder systems help us maintain an efficient work flow, thus minimizing your waiting time.
Our hospital was designed by architects specializing in building veterinary facilities. Materials and the floor plan
simplify the delivery of top quality services to you and your pet. Air flow in the hospital and boarding area are
designed to be efficient and minimize the spread of disease. A true isolation ward complements this approach.
Surgical facilities
We have the most advanced surgical facility in the area. This is complemented by the professionalism of the staff.
Our veterinarians are supported by professionally licensed technicians and by well trained technicians. Intra and
post-operative monitoring by our well equipped staff provides an extra margin of safety that is unequaled. These
are people who love their work because they love your pets.
We can do every kind of surgery from basic elective spays and neuters through sophisticated soft tissue and
orthopedic procedures. When the situation demands, we bring in surgical specialists to deliver the best
possible health care to your pet. If referral is appropriate, we will offer you that option. Additionally
our emphasis on cutting edge pain control results in less suffering and faster recovery after injury or surgery.
Laboratory facilities.
Diagnostically our in-house laboratory facilities allow for fast diagnosis and pre-operative evaluation to maximize
the delivery of safe and appropriate services and medications. Full urology, chemistry, and parasite test results
are usually available within 30 minutes.
Your appointment.
It is our policy to offer you and your pet the best solution and treatment available - educating you about
the possibilities in the process. That is why our appointments average 30 minutes instead of the 10 to 15
minutes offered by most veterinary hospitals. If you elect to do less than the absolute best, it will be based
on a full understanding of the options and their consequences. We are committed to giving you an estimate
of costs before services are performed. Full information and disclosure permits a better level of care and minimizes
misunderstandings.
Although we care for pets by appointment, walk-ins will be seen as time allows. Emergencies will be seen ASAP.
Our goal is to stay on schedule, but occasional appointment delays can occur with emergencies and unforeseen
procedures.
