Pick-up and Drop-Off times:
During non-peak boarding times, pick-up and drop-off times are 9
am to 1 hour prior to closing time. During peak boarding times check-in
time is from 2 pm to 1 hour prior to closing and check-out is from 9am until
1 pm.

Vaccines:
For the safety of all our patients and guests, we require that all dogs
be current on DA2P,
Parvo,
Rabies
and Intranasal
Bordatella
vaccines. Cats must be current on
FVRCP, and
Rabies
vaccines. If we did not administer your pet's vaccines we require
written confirmation (FAX or certificate) from your veterinarian.

Diet Instructions:
We normally feed Eukanuba low-residue pet food.
If you prefer to have us feed your pet's usual
food, you must bring the food pre-bagged and pre-measured
for each feeding. We will feed your pet as you instruct us.
Instructions will be reviewed with the Animal Caretaker at time of check-in.

Medication:
There is a fee of $1.75 per day for once a day medications,
$2.75 per day for twice a day, and $3.75 per day for dosing three times
a day for up to 2 medications. More than two medications are charged at an
additional $0.50 per medication per dosing. Instructions on name of medication,
amount to be given, and dosing schedule will be reviewed with the Animal
Caretakers at time of check-in. Health issues or concerns will be
discussed and noted at time of check-in.

Grooming:
Pets boarding with us can be conveniently groomed prior to pick-up.
Instructions for this service will be discussed and an appointment confirmed with
the Animal Caretakers at time of check-in.

Exercise:
Dogs are routinely taken to the outdoor pens two to three times a day.
Other pets are not routinely taken outside their cages.
We are happy to provide special time for your pets with one of our loving caretakers.
This VIP Care provides one-on-one time for longer walks, play time, or brushing.
The cost is $5.00 for 10 minutes per day or $8.50 for two 10-minute sessions
per day. Additional pets are half the price. Instructions
for this service will be reviewed with Animal Caretakers at time of check-in.

Veterinary Care:
Our Animal Caretakers are trained to watch for problems with
your pets. If problems are discovered we will call you to see if you
would like our Veterinary Staff to address them while your pet is lodging
here. Estimates of costs beyond the exam will be provided before
services are rendered unless specifically refused. The one exception
to this rule is the presence of either fleas, ticks, or obvious intestinal
parasites. Fleas and ticks will be treated with Frontline at a cost
of $10 per application. Obvious intestinal parasites will be treated
with Drontal at our usual deworming charge.

Birds, Reptiles and Small Mammals:
We do board birds, reptiles and small mammals in their own separate area.
We do not have cages appropriate for these animals.
You must bring their own cage, food and any supplements or vitamins that
they may need. VIP care is also available for these pets.

Cancellations:
We require prepayment during our peak season schedule to hold your boarding reservation.
We will refund your deposit if we recieve written confirmation seven (7) days
prior to your scheduled date of drop-off. If we do not recieve written
confirmation seven (7) days prior, you will forfeit the enitre amount.
